The showers in the caravan were fantastic, and the overall cleanliness of the place was impressive. The staff were also very helpful and friendly. We were delighted to find a peaceful and quiet spot for fishing, which was a great advantage. Additionally, the convenience of having a shop and a take-away on site was a bonus.

It was quite frustrating trying to book activities through their website, as it seemed to lead us in circles. The staff's customer service over the phone was also lacking.

Melissa was a fantastic host and the caravan was spotlessly clean. the park had great facilities and the caravan was located in a quiet spot, perfect for fishing and entertainment. Communication with Melissa was excellent and we will definitely be back!

The caravan we stayed in was clean and comfortable, and the beds were really comfortable. I slept better there than I do at home! the double bedroom was cozy and provided a good night's sleep.

The caravan itself needed some maintenance. There were broken parts in the fridge, making it impossible to store bottles upright.

The shower had great water pressure, making it a refreshing experience. the location was excellent, with easy access to the entertainment center, swimming pool, restaurants, and amusements. the beach was just a short walk away, providing a convenient and enjoyable option for relaxation.

There were some downsides to consider. the site was undergoing development, resulting in limited facilities.

We had a fantastic stay at Home From Home Caravan Hire Havens Thorpe Park. The caravan was clean, comfortable, and spacious. The power shower was amazing, and the location was excellent, with all the amenities we needed nearby. The communication with the staff was exceptional throughout our stay. I highly recommend this caravan hire.
